With the way 2020 has gone so far we can all agree, a little humor should be in order. I find a great deal of time researching articles each week to bring an intelligent piece of information to our blog. This week I decided to just lighten the mood and focus on humor; which should be easy right? Not so much, I mean the search return produced loads of humorous stories and images, podcasts and such but nothing that would relate to many people at one time.
Humor is subjective , so what I think is absolutely hilarious may be mute or drowl to you. I hope that all who have kids and grandkids can appreciate the quirks of humor in their lives; children possess a certain quality that adults need that spontaneous laughter that fills a room. With all, or most of society stuck at home we’ve all seen some stuff done out of sheer boredom. I mean Facebook and TicTok are full of lip-synch sagas that are sure to make you laugh. We all struggle to get away from the Debbie Downer news, which fills our lives with so much rhetoric that we want to toss our cookies by the end of the day.
Our granddaughter lives with us she is six and a pistol of sass. Well, she has a friend he has a parkour set up in his yard, so when she goes to play it is an all-hands-on event. So, it will be no surprise to most as it was to us, that last night midst her boredom of trying to go to sleep, we checked on her as we normally do; only to find she was building, or trying to build a parkour in her bedroom so when that was stopped she went to her dad, who also lives with us, and said nana and papa said I can do parkour in here because my room is too small. Sigh.
